Best Residential Planning Consultant of the Year
This award will go to the planning consultancy that has consistently demonstrated excellence in its field over the last year. Particular focus will be on success over a number of projects, irrespective of size, where planning challenges have been overcome to deliver value back to the clients and communities. Given this year’s theme of sustainability, extra credit will be given to those consultants that can demonstrate the delivery of successful sustainable practices in their day to day operations and/or projects. Please provide client testimonials where possible.
Deal of the Year
Entries for this award will come from property teams/developers who have completed a significant residential property deal (sale or purchase), during the period June 2019 – June 2020. The judges will be looking to award a residential deal which has made a significant impact on the Yorkshire residential property landscape. This could be related to knowledge/tangential thinking in securing the deal, innovation in the structure of the transaction or the economic impact the deal could have in the years to come. The judges will use their knowledge of the industry to assess the performance of entrants but are looking to reward the wider team involved in the transaction.
